ETW CRM Data Deletion

Last updated: October 6, 2026

How to ask ETW (GREIG MOISES, Argentine tax ID (CUIT) 20-44329999-9, MEJICO 378, X5000 CORDOBA, CORDOBA, Argentina) to delete your data.

If you are a business using ETW

You do it yourself from ETW, without waiting for anyone (you need to be an administrator of the account):

  1. Go to Channel Setup and open your WhatsApp account.
  2. On the number you want, press "Delete this number's data" and type BORRAR to confirm. This deletes that number's conversations, messages and files (including any history imported from the WhatsApp Business app) and the contacts that only talked through it. If the account has no connected number left (this one included), its templates stored in ETW are deleted too. This cannot be undone.
  3. If you also want to stop using the number with ETW, press "Disconnect": we stop receiving and sending messages for that account and delete the access permission you gave us. The number keeps working in WhatsApp. (Disconnecting alone does not delete conversations: that is what step 2 is for.)
  4. To delete your whole ETW account, write to us from the contact page or at contacto@etwchatbot.com. We resolve it within 5 business days.

If you removed ETW's access from Facebook

If you remove ETW from the apps in your Facebook account and ask for your data to be deleted, Meta notifies us automatically. Meta shows you a confirmation code and a link to a page where you can check the status of your request (/meta/borrado-de-datos/ followed by your code): it first shows as received and, once we finish, as completed. We handle it within 5 business days.

If you are a customer of a business using ETW

Ask the business you talked to: it decides about that data and can delete it right away. If it does not answer, write to us from the contact page or at contacto@etwchatbot.com, with your phone number and the business name, and we resolve it within 5 business days (section 16 of Argentine Law 25,326).

More details about what data we process and how long we keep it are in the Privacy policy.
